Copyright Statement1. Definitions "Owner" means the content provider of this site including but not limited to the Searcy Chamber of Commerce, the UALR Institute for Economic Advancement, the IEA Web Support Team, the Arkansas Department of Economic Development, the Arkansas Department of Employment Security, and Southwestern Bell Communications. "User" means each person who establishes a connection or uses information contained within this site in any form. This agreement will be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Arkansas and Arkansas law will govern any disputes. If any part of this agreement is deemed invalid or in conflict with federal it is severed from the agreement and the remaining portion maintains its full force and validity. 7. Effective Date The text of this agreement was last modified on Monday, April 10, 2006 and was incorporated and effective immediately thereafter. For the purposes of acceptance, the intial reading and continued use of this site after this date constitute an agreement to the terms therein and this agreement between the owners and the user.
